Kalispell, Mont., Sept. 28, 2026—Hayden Homes is proud to announce the Grand Opening of Eagle Valley Ranch, a new single-family home community in Kalispell with a ribbon-cutting event hosted in partnership with the Kalispell Chamber beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30.

The ribbon-cutting event will be held at 2337 Jefferson Blvd., in Kalispell, followed by family-focused activities held during the Grand Opening weekend. Community and media are invited to attend these celebratory events. Additional details below.

Eagle Valley Ranch offers homes starting at $534,990, adding much needed housing for the Kalispell workforce, including teachers, first responders and service employees. The Kids Fund recently awarded a $44,500 grant to the Center for Restorative Youth Justice to provide on-site mental health counseling for young people and also supports health, safety and education programs that help prevent youth homelessness and strengthen local support systems.
