Join the graduating class of FVCC’s Culinary Institute of Montana for lunch at their artisan sandwich and soup pop-up restaurant, Root & Rye. Inspired by Montana's rich flavors and featuring a variety of local ingredients, the menu offers innovative soups, salads, desserts, and beverages. House-made breads will also be available for purchase daily.

Root & Rye is open for lunch from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Wednesday through Friday, from April 16 to May 2. You can choose to dine in at FVCC’s Arts & Technology building or take out. For any questions, please call 406-250-0893.
