Annual Meeting & Energy Expo Flathead Electric Co-op invites you to the new Annual Meeting & Energy Expo! Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the FVCC Wachholz College Center The 2024 Annual Meeting & Energy Expo is anything but a stuffy business meeting, and it includes something for every member of Flathead Electric Co-op! Bring your kids, your grandma, and your business partners, and join us for a fun and educational afternoon of learning about the electricity that powers the greater Flathead Valley. Energy Expo, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Stop by the open house-style Energy Expo to pick and choose from your interests. Booths will offer interactive learning opportunities and expert advice on energy efficiency, solar panels, and more. Your kids can “Touch a Truck,” meet a lineman, view an electrical safety demonstration, and be wow-ed by Dan the Magic Man! The Trustees who represent you will be on hand for questions, too. Featured Speaker & Business Meeting, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Patrick Barkey, Director of the University of Montana’s Bureau of Business and Economic Research, and Mark Johnson, General Manager of Flathead Electric Cooperative, will discuss the state of the electric industry and specific issues impacting your Co-op. A brief business meeting, giveaways, and scholarship drawings will also take place. Dinner, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
