Join us at Freestone Restaurant for an intimate evening of exceptional food, remarkable wine and thoughtfully crafted pairings. 

Limited to just 40 guests, this special dinner is a culinary journey through three beautifully composed courses, each paired with a carefully selected wine from Obsidian Wine Co., PlumpJack and Penfolds. 

From roasted pear and Pinot Noir to juniper-crusted venison paired with a 2018 PlumpJack Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, the evening concludes with dark chocolate, black cherry and Penfolds RWT Shiraz.
