De-Escalating Training for Business

Description
As we prepare for our busy visitation season in Spring and Summer, we know the temperature will be rising & more folks will be out and about. Keeping Kalispell safe, vibrant, and welcoming for all is our priority. This hour and a half long training with experts will give front-line and management personnel the confidence and tools that are needed to de-escalate uncomfortable situations and have resources on hand to assist ourselves and our neighbors as needs arise.

If using the parking lot and back door (NW) entrance, go up the stairs/elevator to the 2nd floor. If entering on Main Street, please use the stairs/elevator to the 2nd floor and walk down the main hallway, turning right at the dead-end where you will see the board room.
