Beer with the Boss - After Hours Flathead Area Young Professionals

The Flathead Area Young Professionals invite you to come enjoy an after work event with a successful BOSS in the Valley. This month, we will be having beer with Kyle Lingscheit, CEO of PayneWest Insurance!

Kyle Lingscheit is Chief Operating Officer of the Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) Northwest region, PayneWest Insurance. PayneWest was acquired by MMA in April of 2021. Kyle’s focus is on profitably growing the Northwest Region for MMA, which includes Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana.

Mr. Lingscheit has been with PayneWest/MMA since July of 2000. He has served in a variety of roles and became CEO in May of 2009. Prior to being acquired, PayneWest was the largest independent agency in the Northwest U.S. with $140 million in revenue and one of the largest independently owned agencies in the country.

Mr. Lingscheit also serves on several industry and community boards. He is currently serving on the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB) Board, First Security Bank Board, Montana State Chamber Foundation Board and the Missoula Chamber Ambassadors Board. He is also currently serving on the Hartford VIP Advisory committee.

Mr. Lingscheit attended Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana and earned his degree in Business Management.
