Battle Of The States Bull Riding is a unique event, unlike any other bull riding or rodeo. These guys come to compete as a team to represent their State and to win instead of individually. These three gladiators (bull riders) scores are added up together to win the event. If not getting on three as a team isn’t enough, the top four states in the average come back for a fourth bull to see which state will control all the bragging rights as the top state and go home the Champs! Bull riding, which is intentionally climbing on the back of a 2,000-pound bull, holding on for 8 seconds, emerged from the fearless and possibly fool-hardy nature of the cowboy.
