43rd Annual A.L.E.R.T. fundraising banquet - online!. The advanced Lifesupport and Emergency Rescue Team (A.L.E.R.T.) has transported patients from across the region since its inception in 1975. Based at Kalispell Regional Medical Center, each team consists of a pilot, flight nurse, and paramedic, each trained in backcountry rescues and prepared to care for critically injured or ill patients.
