There will also be a discussion on retaining a diverse workforce, focusing on policies, training, and hostile work environment issues. Prior to taking on this role, she investigated and mediated cases of discrimination and retaliation for the Bureau and served as a staff attorney for Georgia Legal Services Program. Hardin received her Juris Doctor from University of Denver and her undergraduate degree in International Business from San Diego State University. The Flathead Valley Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Chapter is offering continuing education credit to SHRM members for this presentation.
