2021 June Business Matters Luncheon: The Summer Surge- Update from Glacier Park International Airport and Glacier National Park

For years the Kalispell Chamber has hosted an informational monthly luncheon to bring forth credible speakers and discuss the major initiatives, programs, and issues that may affect our valley’s business climate, economy, and community. After a 15-month hiatus, we are excited to bring back this valuable programming this June!
So much across our valley has changed over the last year, but one thing we can all see around us is the visible increase in tourism. Glacier Park International Airport is expanding both physically and in route offerings and Glacier National Park continues to see increased visitation while balancing the projects that will protect the park.
We invite you to join us for our first luncheon of the year and hear from the two leaders who are spending their days working on solutions for navigating the tremendous growth of visitors. Rob Ratkowski, Airport Director of Glacier Park International Airport will not only be discussing the new routes that are serving our local airport but will also be showing how the physical airport will be changing to accommodate growth now and in the future. In addition, Pete Webster, Acting Superintendent for Glacier National Park, will be joining us to discuss projects in the park, Going To The Run Road updates, and so much more beyond just the new ticketed entry system.
New with luncheons too, tables will all be open-seating and we encourage you to find a seat by someone new to foster business development and encourage relationship building.
